UBL Academy, Mans Hawks to feature in tournament in KL

Karachi (PPI): UBL Academy and Mans Hawks cricket teams will leave for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Wednesday to feature in a four-team event involving two Malaysian national teams. The tour has been arranged at the request of Malaysian Cricket Association and tournament will be played at famous international venue, the Kinara Oval in Kuala Lumpur. The forty-over tournament will be played on a round robin league from August 8 to 12 with two top teams qualifying for the final of the event. A former Test umpire Saleem Badar will also accompany the contingent. A Karachi Region Under19 all-rounder Hassan Mehmood will lead Mans Hawks, while wicket-keeper Asim Saleem will be the Captain UBL Academy during the Malaysian assignment.
