CPP organizes programs on mark Comrade Nazeer Abbasi anniversary

Karachi (PPI): Communist Party of Pakistan (CPP) has organized a procession of workers that would travel on foot from Karachi to Hyderabad for paying tributes to the renowned communist leader Comrade Nazeer Abbasi on his death anniversary. The procession would leave for Hyderabad on 7th August 2009. The participants of the procession would also attend meeting on the mark of the 29th death anniversary of Nazir Abbasi Shaheed at Hyderabad Press Club on August 09. CCP general Secretary Comrade Khadim Theem and member of the Karachi Committee Comrade Ishaq Baloch would see-off the procession. Meanwhile, a bicycle procession of workers from different areas including Sibi, Dera Murad Jamali and Dera Allah Yaar would also participate in the anniversary programs. Comrade Parkash, CPP provincial secretary for Balochistan would see-off the procession on August 6. In is pertinent to mention here that Nazeer Abbasi was brutally killed during the era of Gen Ziaul Haq due to his struggle of the rights of working class in Pakistan.
